Paris fresh produce market: August 1976

At the end of a wonderful vacation trip to Venice and Florence in the summer of 1976, we stopped in Paris for a few days before heading back to New York. Early one morning, just after dawn, I headed off with my camera to see what I could find on the streets of Paris. A small produce market had just opened its doors, and since there weren't any crowds getting in my way, I was able to take some wonderful shots of fruits and vegetables, eggs and fish. 25 years later, they still look fresh and tasty ... but I suspect the prices have changed.
